Harvesting Recovery – 38th NH Al-Anon & Alateen Convention with AA Participation

REGISTRATION DETAILS AND DEADLINES:

  • LODGING: Book your room by calling The Margate at 603-524-5210. *You must mention NH Al-Anon Convention when making reservations to get the lower room rate.*
    (After October 3rd unreserved rooms will be released)Early Registration postmarked or completed online by October 5th-$20.00
  • Registrations postmarked or completed online October 6th and after, including at the door– $25.00
  • CASH & CHECKS ONLY at door.
  • ALL mail-in registrations MUST be postmarked by October 15th.
  • All Alateen Registrations– FREE Every Alateen must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult with signed Alateen medical authorization, transportation, and overnight stay permission forms as applicable.
  • Registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred.
  • If you would like confirmation, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope or provide an email address and request for confirmation.
  • One name per registration form.

A hospitality room will be available throughout the Convention and relies mostly on your contributions of various snacks, baked goods, fruits, etc.

There are a variety of restaurants and supermarkets in the area plus our hospitality room will be available.
For your convenience the following options are available to purchase in advance. Taxes and gratuities included in prices.
Breakfast: offered Saturday & Sunday
Deluxe Buffet: Assorted Mini Muffins, Danishes, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Home Fries served with Ketchup & Hot Sauce, Pancakes served with Butter and Maple Syrup, Fresh Fruit Salad, Orange juice & Coffee Station.
Dinner: offered Saturday evening
Pilgrim Buffet: Hand Carved Roasted Turkey with Stuffing & Gravy, Fresh Whipped Potatoes, Fresh Butternut Squash, Carrot Relish, Cold Pickled Beets, Cranberry Chutney, Cranberry Sauce, Fresh Baked Rolls & Butter, Garden Salad with 2 dressings, Apple Crisp and Coffee.
